At Orbit Irrigation, we want to ensure your landscape stays lush and your watering systems run perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the irrigation components you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all timers, sensors, or sprinkler heads are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
